He and his team take the time to listen to their patients, explain diagnostic procedures and treatment options, and provide skilled, compassionate cardiology care tailored to your needs.
Meet Dr. Johnny Dy
Dr. Johnny Dy is a board-certified and fellowship-trained cardiologist who has successfully treated thousands of satisfied patients in over three decades of practice.
Dr. Dy graduated from De La Salle University College of Medicine in Dasmariñas, Cavite, in the Philippines, in 1988. He performed his residency at Philippine General Hospital and Medical College of Pennsylvania, then completed his fellowship training in cardiology at Medical College of Pennsylvania. He is board-certified in cardiovascular disease by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Dy is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC). He specializes in interventional cardiology including interventions in both the coronary and peripheral vascular arteries.
When he is not seeing patients, Dr. Dy enjoys relaxing while watching movies or trying new foods, especially international cuisines, with family and friends.

Christine Getty, MHS, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Christine has specialized in cardiology since she graduated with her Master of Health Science degree from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania in 2000. Her extensive experience allows her to bring a breadth of knowledge to patient care and allows her to not only diagnose and manage cardiovascular disease but truly educate patients in a manner that simplifies the complexity of healthcare. Christine also enjoys a healthy lifestyle and has held certifications as a CrossFit trainer, United States Weightlifting trainer, and holds a certificate of advanced education in Obesity Medicine from the Obesity Medicine Association. Treating and preventing cardiovascular disease and helping people live healthier, more functional lives is genuinely her passion.
Cameron Hunter Guthrie, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Inspired by his wife who is a nurse, Hunter began his medical journey as a second career working as a trauma technician in the emergency department of WakeMed Raleigh over 10 years ago. He ultimately earned his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Bethel University. After years of experience in emergency departments, he sought a position in private practice to maintain more connection with his patients. Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time with his family, including his beautiful baby girl.
